My name is Laísa Amaral, I’m Brazilian and I am 27 years old. I worked as a Hairdresser and Hair Therapist for 8 years.
I’m studying English in Dublin, and I constantly seek to improve it as well as my professional skills.
I love to highligth the beauty of every client I serve, with my services of blow dry, massage, tratments, color, highlights, balayage and cut.
I’m excited to be part of the team of The Works, and show my work to clients.
Beata, creative director and co-founder of The Works, started off her hair and beauty career as a fashion model moving to Paris at the age of 19. Appearing in numerous editorials and advertising campaigns across Europe and Asia she has worked with many famous designers and photographers including Sonia Rykiel and Sarah Moon.
It was backstage at runway shows and photoshoots that Beata’s passion for hair and make-up was ignited and alongside her modeling career she gradually built up her experience on the other side of the lens too.
For the last 15 years Beata has worked as a creative director, professional stylist, make-up artist, and hairdresser on a wide range of fashion projects including commercial advertising, photo shoots, fashion shows, television and film and weddings. She has worked for some of the biggest brands in the beauty market including Estee Lauder, Christian Dior and Chanel.
Beata’s dream was to have her own salon to work with personal clients and as a base for her fashion and beauty work.
Beata believes that your hair and make-up should reflect your own unique personality, regardless of age and she has a natural talent for spotting and enhancing that in her clients. From mentoring up and coming models for the camera to sharing all the tips and tricks she has learnt over the years backstage with her salon clients, Beata wants everyone she works with to feel beautiful from inside, out.

Additionally, practicing yoga, breath work and meditation adds to my knowledge about balancing body and mind. I have also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and other alternative approaches to nutrition and overall wellbeing.
